Senior Design Manager – Surrey Major Student Accommodation

O’Neill & Brennan seeks a Senior Design Manager for a major student accommodation project in Surrey. The role involves overseeing design management from early stages, coordinating with a Design Manager and Document Controller, and reporting to the Project Director.

Initially based in the regional office, then on-site 4 days a week with 1 day remote or in the office. You must have a UK construction qualification, 10+ years in contracting design management, and at least 5 years in a Senior Design
