New Look seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee a c.300-store UK & ROI portfolio. You will deliver a compliant, well-maintained environment for customers and staff, lead reactive and preventive maintenance, and drive cost-effective capital works within budget constraints.

You will manage external contractors, validate quotes up to £10,000, and prepare capex for larger projects while ensuring safety, lease obligations, and brand standards are met.
