National Grid is seeking a Protection Settings Engineer for the East Midlands Engineering Design team, based at Castle Donington. The role focuses on protection settings and configurations for substations up to 132kV, supporting design, procurement and project delivery.
You will gain proficiency in IPSA, PSSE, Aspen and AutoCAD, develop substation protection outputs, and contribute to a diverse design portfolio across multiple offices. Hybrid working applies after initial training.
