Manufacturing Health & Safety Lead — Process & 5S Improvements

Stirling Warrington in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer to lead H&S and drive process improvements across our manufacturing operation. This onsite role offers a salary of £38,000-£41,000 DOE and the opportunity to shape safety culture within a £15m turnover business.

You will own site H&S and compliance, carry out risk assessments, write SOPs, promote 5S, and train production staff to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant processes.
