Materials Handler

Supreme Recruitment are recruiting for a well-established manufacturer of electrical conductors and connectors.

We are recruiting for a Materials Handler to support the site with various materials handling activities. 

Your duties may include:

• Loading/ Unloading lorries and presses 
• Using Counterbalance, Flexi and Multidirectional forklifts 
• Maintain flow of material to machinery
• working as part of a team 
• Receiving documents and uploading to SAP
• Clear materials shortages 
• Keeping a clean, friendly working environment

Pay: £15.01 rising to £16.00 upon completion of probation (including shift allowances) 

Free parking, easily accessible via the motorway

Hours: 6am – 2pm/ 2pm – 10pm rotating

• Permanent, Full-Time Position with a stable, well-established manufacturing business
• Overtime & Bonus Available

What are we looking for?

• Valid certification – Counterbalance and either Flexi or Multi-Directional (4-Way reach) 
• GCSE's – Grade C/ 4+
• Experience working in a similar role within Manufacturing, ideally goods in or warehousing 
• Experience with stock controlAbility to work as part of a team
• Proficient in using SAP, WMS or ERP Systems
