OT-Led Home Care Support Worker

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council’s Targeted Care and Enablement Team is recruiting support workers to help individuals regain independence at home after illness or injury. The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation and medication support, with shifts 7:00–13:00 and 16:00–20:00 on a 4 days on/4 days off rota.
