CBRE is seeking a Painting and Fabric Shift Technician to maintain a premium environment. The role blends painting, carpentry and fabric maintenance with strict fire safety standards to keep the site safe, functional and looking its absolute best.
You will own interior integrity, lead decorative works and manage RAMS/permits, while supervising contractors for major projects. Independence and strong communication are essential on site.
