Strategic CSM for Personalization (EMEA & APAC)

Nosto is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the commercial team covering the EMEA & APAC regions. You will work with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Product to ensure merchants receive expert guidance and strategic support throughout their use of Nosto’s personalization platform.

You will train, retain and grow a portfolio of customers, hosting webinars, sharing best practices, and driving adoption to maximize value.
