Strategic Property BD Leader – Law Firm Growth

Ambition is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead the Senior Legal BD, Marketing & Communications Recruitment practice within a leading international law firm. You’ll shape growth plans, drive client development initiatives, and influence the future direction of the Property group while guiding a dedicated BD team.

You will partner with senior partners, manage bids and proposals, and develop market-facing content using market intelligence to inform decisions.
