Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a casual, part-time role at one of our care homes. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You’ll support the clinical team with tasks such as medication, assessments and care reviews, while ensuring residents’ dignity and preferences are respected. Flexible hours and training opportunities are offered.
