Senior Care Lead — Inspire Team, Deliver Resident Care

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Community Lead to oversee care in our residential homes. You will model person-centred care, lead and supervise Carers and Senior Carers, and ensure residents experience independence, privacy, dignity and choice.

You’ll take on some clinical tasks, such as weighing observations, blood pressure checks and simple wound care, while building trusted relationships with residents and their families in a safe, supportive environment.
