Lead Support Worker: Empower Independent Living

Stonewater is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our Swindon Foyer. You will lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support and help customers work towards independent living.

In this role you will manage a caseload, coordinate referrals and inductions, and deliver focused sessions on budgeting, wellbeing and employment skills. You will collaborate with partner agencies, ensuring safeguarding and timely access to additional support.
