Customer Service Expert — Betting Shop Associate

William Hill is seeking a customer-focused Retail Assistant to welcome customers, process bets, and assist with queries in our Cheltenham shops. You will demonstrate betting terminals, build relationships with customers, and champion safer gambling while supporting managers with displays and opening/closing tasks.
