Charles & Ivy in Middleton is seeking a friendly, organised Customer Service Advisor to handle inbound calls and emails about orders, deliveries and product information, delivering a positive, professional experience.

The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with on-site parking and a monthly bonus incentive; salary is £12.21 per hour rising to £12.71 per hour on a monthly bonus structure; 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
