Trauma‑Informed Domestic Abuse Support Worker

AWD online is seeking a Domestic Abuse Support Worker to provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to women with multiple and complex needs in a refuge and community setting.

The role involves risk assessments, care planning, and delivering one-to-one and group support, while helping access housing, health care and benefits. Based in Bexhill, hours are 40.25 per week, 08:00–20:00 on a 4on/4off pattern, with a 0.5h unpaid lunch.
