Waythrough is seeking a compassionate Recovery Coordinator for the Hope Team in Bishop Auckland. You will manage your own caseload, develop personalised recovery plans and provide ongoing support to adults experiencing issues with drugs and alcohol across County Durham.
The role involves assessments, one-to-one and group interventions, partnership work with health and social care, with occasional evenings or Saturday shifts to keep the service accessible.
