Bristol Property Maintenance Technician

Homes for Students is seeking a Maintenance Operative for the Timber Yards property in Bristol. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring statutory compliance and high service standards for faults and repairs.

You will work with minimal supervision, liaising with suppliers and contractors to maintain property condition and deliver a quality customer experience.
