About the Role
You’ll recruit, onboard and manage a portfolio of TikTok creators, building strong partnerships that help them succeed with Wellgard on TikTok Shop.
Working closely with our dedicated TikTok Shop team, you’ll identify high-potential creators, negotiate commercial partnerships and support them in growing their performance. As your creator portfolio grows, so will your impact, helping drive Wellgard’s continued success on TikTok Shop.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruiting and onboarding high-potential TikTok creators
- Building long-term relationships with creators through calls, messages and social media
- Negotiating commission structures, incentives and commercial partnerships
- Managing your own portfolio of creators and helping them maximise sales
- Monitoring creator performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with the wider TikTok Shop team on campaigns and product launches
- Contributing directly to the continued growth of one of the UK’s leading TikTok Shop brands
What We’re Looking For
You’ll likely have experience in one or more of the following:
- TikTok Shop or creator partnerships
- Influencer or affiliate marketing
- Recruitment or talent acquisition
- Sales, account management or business development
You’ll also have:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Experience working towards targets
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A genuine interest in TikTok and social commerce
No TikTok Shop experience? That’s absolutely fine. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your commercial mindset, relationship-building and sales skills and willingness to learn.
