Steakhouse Commis Chef – No Split Shifts, Great Perks

Mercure Bridgwater, a stylish 4-star hotel in the town centre, is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll work under the Head Chef on dishes across the hotel, with a focus on the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill.

This full-time role offers 40 hours over 5 days, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with no split shifts. Full training and support are provided, and staff benefits include overtime and hotel discounts.
