Senior Care Lead – Dementia & Person-Centered Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will plan and deliver personalised care, maintain routine records and support residents and their families with dignity and independence.
