Responsible for leading the delivery, continuous improvement and innovation of the GraduationExperience across all university partnerships. The role ensures Graduation Services deliversexceptional client and graduate experiences through operational excellence, outstanding peopleleadership and continual service innovation.
Working closely with the Commercial Director,Marketing Manager and Bid Manager, the Head of Events &Experience translates commercialstrategy into consistently outstanding delivery, strengthening client relationships, improvingservice quality and reinforcing Graduation Services’position as the UK’s leading GraduationExperience Partner.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience leading large-scale event operations and multi-site service delivery.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills, leading a team of over 10 people
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Demonstrable experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvemen
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance service quality, efficiency and profitability.
- Excellent planning, organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to lead change and implement new ways of working.
- Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
Based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire, this role requires someone who can travel throughout the UK to meet clients and attend services.
