Youwilllead mechanical design activities from concept through to manufacture,testingand commissioning, working alongside project managers,suppliersand multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of challenging engineering projects.

Key Requirements

• Degree, HNC or HND in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience within the water, energy, utilities,processor infrastructure sectors
• Proficiencywith AutoCAD and Inventor (or similar 3D CAD software)
• Strong knowledge ofBS 8888technical drawing standards
• Experience producing engineering calculations, technicaldocumentationand design risk assessments
• Understanding of pressure vessels, pipework, structuralsteelworkand CE/UKCA compliance
• FEA and Mathcad experience desirable
