Quantity Surveyor – Saxton Recruitment is partnering on an exclusive role with a groundworks and construction contractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work play a key role in an expanding business based in Derby operating as a groundworks contractor and main contractor on building projects.

Key Duties:– Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages– Organising payments and compiling reports– Managing project variations and valuations– Produce accurate records and reports
Requirements:– Experience working with a construction contractor– Experience working as an Assistant QS or QS – Experience working on ‘live’ projects– Industry related qualification
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from 1m+.
