We are looking for a Mobile HVACEngineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theMobile HVACEngineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheMobile HVACEngineer,will be responsible for:
- Maintain, service and repair HVAC and associated building services equipment within retail environments.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client queries and keeping them informed of all site activities.
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and statutory compliance works.
- Supervise and assist contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring all works comply with statutory and safety requirements.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and within required timescales.
To be successful for this Mobile HVACEngineer role you must have:
- City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven experience within a maintenance or facilities management environment.
- Strong understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance.
- Ability to manually handle tools and equipment up to 20kg, work at heights, and ascend/descend vertical access equipment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to participate in a call-out rota.
