My client is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to become part of its thriving Belfast office. The team advises an impressive portfolio of indigenous businesses, high-growth companies, investors and international organisations on a broad range of complex corporate matters, offering exposure to some of the most significant transactions in the local market.
The successful candidate will work across mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investments, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, joint ventures and wider commercial transactions. You’ll enjoy early responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to work alongside recognised leaders in the corporate legal sector.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with solid corporate law experience. Ideally with at least 4 yrs PQE (although all levels will be reviewed)
- Strong technical ability across corporate transactions.
- Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills.
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for business development.
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a high-performing team.
