Senior Contracts Lead, Hotels & Mixed-Use Conversions

Criterion Capital is seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial conversions to hotels and mixed-use schemes in central London from inception to completion.

You will create detailed project plans, drive the programme, manage diverse teams, coordinates with contractors and consultants, and ensure quality, safety, timetables, and budgets are met across complex asset upgrades valued from £15m to £60m+.
