Government SaaS Implementation Lead (Hybrid London)

Zencity is seeking an Engagement Expert to drive post-sale implementations for local government clients. You own the journey from close to go-live, launching recurring projects, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable value for each client.

Based in London with a hybrid work model, you will configure Listen, Ask, and Communicate, train client teams, and manage ongoing project delivery, adoption tracking, and risk signals in partnership with Account Management. Salary range: 45–55k GBP.
