High-Rise Essential Safety & Compliance Auditor

MICM is seeking an Essential Services Auditor to ensure safety and fire compliance across our Melbourne apartment portfolio. You will audit, assess ES measures, and produce detailed reports for residential and commercial buildings.

Reporting to the Essential Services Manager, you will liaise with managers, contractors, landlords, and building staff while monitoring maintenance and keeping records up to date. Opportunity to develop expertise in essential services management.
