Senior Mental Health Support Lead | Trauma-Informed Care

Response is seeking a Senior Mental Health Support Worker to join Rowan House in Littlemore near Oxford. You will lead shifts, manage medication, mentor staff and deliver person-centred support to residents with acute mental health needs.

The role is 37 hours per week, with shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. Salary ranges from £28,938 to £32,214 per annum, depending on experience, and a DBS check is required.
