Contract & Service Delivery Officer – Wellbeing & Recovery

East Ayrshire Council is seeking two full-time, permanent posts within Mental Health & Learning Disabilities to manage commissioning, contracting and contract monitoring for Wellbeing & Recovery within EAHSCP. The role supports the Senior Manager to set standards, drive performance improvements and deliver outcomes aligned with the council’s strategic plans.
