Court Bailiff – Frontline Justice Advocate (Hybrid)

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is recruiting bailiffs to enforce court orders across England in a role that combines fieldwork with strong people skills. You will visit homes and businesses, explain procedures, and offer options to resolve disputes while maintaining empathy and professionalism.

Candidates should be excellent communicators, capable of handling emotionally charged situations, and able to plan a varied daily workload. A full driving licence and IT familiarity are desirable.
