ELSA Specialist: Emotional Literacy and Wellbeing Support

Polaris Education – Sutherland Hall School in Tamworth is seeking an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) on a full-time, term-time-only basis. The role supports pupils with SEMH and/or autism, assisting learning, behaviour and pastoral needs.

The successful candidate will contribute to enrichment activities, work with the education team, and help create a positive, supportive environment where every student can thrive and achieve personal growth.
