Depot Transport Supervisor – Fleet & Drivers

Connect2Dorset is seeking a Driver Supervisor for Dorset Council’s Transport Service in Dorchester. The role is temporary, starting October 2026, with a 37-hour week in a 7:00am–5:00pm shift, Monday to Friday.

You will supervise ~65 drivers, coordinate fleet and staffing, and ensure safe, efficient service aligned with council policies. The role combines office/depot duties with occasional driving as needed.
