Senior Early Years Trainer & Coach (West London Travel)

FIND | Creating Futures is seeking an Early Years Trainer to deliver Level 2–3 training across West London, with travel to learner settings. The role is permanent and full-time, hybrid working.

You will support learners to build confidence and raise practice standards in Early Years settings. Ideal candidates have strong nursery leadership experience (Deputy/Nursery Manager) and are passionate about developing others, with Level 5 delivery desirable.
