Strategic Change Director

PDSA is looking for a Head of Change to shape and drive transformation across the charity. You’ll establish and lead a high-impact change function, align programmes to strategy, and secure governance, oversight and benefits realisation across the organisation.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Resources, you’ll collaborate with Executive teams, manage a Portfolio Management Office, and champion continuous improvement.
