HR Compliance Lead & Advisor — People Operations

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor – Compliance Lead to join our People Team in the UK. You will combine operational HR expertise with specialist compliance knowledge to drive best practice, manage risk, and support junior colleagues.

Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, Compliance Lead, you will lead a small team, advise managers on Right to Work, Sponsorship and DBS/PVG checks, and help ensure processes meet regulatory standards across the business.
