Hybrid Senior Public Sector Procurement Manager

Chorley Council is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the Shared Procurement Team serving both Chorley Council and South Ribble Borough Council. The role is full time (36.25 hours per week) and permanent, delivering high-quality procurement governance and contract management across two authorities.

You will develop strategy, systems, policies, and training programmes, driving commercial excellence while building strong stakeholder relationships.
