Electrical Helpdesk Engineer — Office-Based with Site Visits

Focus Resourcing is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our established team in an office-based role in the UK, with potential very occasional on-site visits. Salary will be between £35,000 and £40,000 depending on experience.

Duties include troubleshooting end-user technical product issues, supporting business clients, electricians, installers and the public; handling inbound/outbound tickets, calls and emails; remote diagnosis and site visit planning.
