We are seeking an experienced and motivatedFire Alarm Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and reactive call-outs of fire and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing of fire alarm systems.
• Respond to reactive call-outs, diagnose faults, and complete repairs efficiently.
• Service and maintain door access control systems.
• Carry out servicing and fault finding on emergency lighting systems.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current industry regulations and company procedures.
• Produce accurate service reports and maintain records of completed works.
• Provide professional support and advice to customers on-site.
• Liaise with colleagues and customers to ensure timely completion of service activities.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in servicing and fault finding on fire alarm systems.
• Experience attending and resolving reactive service calls.
• Ideally, knowledge and experience of servicing and fault diagnosis on door access control systems.
• Experience servicing and maintaining emergency lighting systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
