Field-Based Care Operations Lead

Marva Group Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager (Field Based) to support the Registered Manager in delivering safe, person-centred homecare across service areas. The role is predominantly field based with occasional office work in Birmingham, requiring flexible hours including evenings, nights and weekends.

You will oversee care packages, supervise staff, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and use Birdie for care planning and reporting.
