The Flavour Network is recruiting a Line Leader (Fresh Produce) for its Holbeach Bank site. Immediate start available. You will oversee a multi-skilled team on a designated production line, driving efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery in a KPI-driven environment.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, attention to detail, and a focus on food safety and traceability. Shift pattern includes 12-hour days on a 2-2-3 cycle; permanent full-time contract. Sponsorship is not available.
