Private Client Solicitor (NQ)

Artemis Human Capital is currently recruiting for leading law firm as they seek to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team.The Candidate & Role:
The ideal candidate will have completed at least one seat in either property or private client law and will demonstrate a clear interest in building a career in this area. They should have a solid foundation in handling matters such as wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, wealth management and succession planning.
The successful candidate will be eager to develop long-term client relationships and deliver high-quality, practical legal solutions as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and advising on wills, trusts, and estate planning
- Managing probate and estate administration cases
- Advising clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in private client law and regulation
- Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive legal services
