Aerospace Configuration Lead – Hybrid Contract

SOLOS Consultants Ltd in Bristol is recruiting an experienced Engineering Configuration Manager on a long-term contract. Hybrid working (60% onsite, increasing to 80% onsite from September) with 35 hours per week, for a role delivering engineering configuration management across the full product lifecycle.

You will drive change processes, coordinate across Engineering, Programme and Manufacturing, manage risks, and support continuous improvement in a cross-functional aerospace environment.
