Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Children’s and Young People’s Mental Health Service CORE team. You will work with a multidisciplinary group to assess and treat young people up to 18, in homes and clinic settings, providing risk assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions.
You will work as part of MDTs, attend team meetings, support families, and develop leadership within a busy citywide service.
