Job Description:
Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated Autism Specialist Teachers to join our client schools across Stafford, starting September 2026. This role focuses on supporting pupils with autism to access engaging, bespoke learning in specialist bases and mainstream settings.
You will plan and deliver personalised lessons, monitor progress against EHCP outcomes, and work closely with SENCOs, therapists and families. QTS/QTLS or ECTs are welcome, with a compassionate, patient approach.
