Redbourn, Hertfordshire (AL3 7LW)£100 – £130 per dayFull-Time | Long-Term Education Matters is currently recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive Early Years setting in Redbourn, Hertfordshire, from September 2026.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences while creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
The Role As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Promote high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing.
The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting.
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
