The role
- Deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and assess learning effectively in line with curriculum expectations
- Inspire students to achieve their full academic potential
- Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development
- Support the wider life of the school through enrichment opportunities
The ideal candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching English within a secondary setting
- Possesses strong classroom management skills
- Has a passion for English Language and Literature
- Demonstrates high expectations of behaviour and achievement
- Is committed to continuous professional development
