Pay: £13.25 – £15 per hour Monday – Thursday – 4 day working week!

Winner Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Wash Plant Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business in Tankersley.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing, recycling or industrial production who is looking for a long-term, permanent position working a four-day week.
Duties Include:
- Operate wash plant and associated processing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload metal materials into the wash plant.
- Monitor machinery and production processes.
- Carry out quality inspections on processed materials.
- Record production data accurately.
- Complete routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Support the wider production team when required.
The Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking and willing to learn, with transferable skills or previous experience working in a similar environment.
