Regional Care Training Coach – Travel Required

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to effectively deliver induction and ongoing development training across Essex and East London. The role is home-based with travel to multiple care homes and hospitals within a defined region, ensuring staff are confident, competent, and aligned with person-centered care values.

The successful candidate will have C&G 7300 (or equivalent), a Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience), and a valid UK driving licence.
