The Forward Trust in London is seeking an Employment Coach to support unemployed individuals to build confidence, develop employability skills and secure sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, deliver coaching sessions, and help with CVs, applications and interview preparation.

This permanent, full-time role offers 35 hours per week. You will work closely with the Team Leader and Operational Manager to help learners achieve their goals and secure positive job outcomes.
